Moving Forms

Residents who are moving into town, or out of town, should use the forms below.

Application For Service: Form for residents that need to arrange water, sewer, or garbage services.

Cancel Service: Form for residents who are moving from their current location, who need to cancel, or transfer services.

Both forms can be dropped off at City Hall, mailed, or emailed.
